If you like things from under the sea look no further than Asian tuna steak! This dish is great if you want a bit of a change and are trying to keep healthy.
Tuna Steak Marinate:five-spice, salt, lemon, chilli, honey, soy sauce.
Noodle Salad :noodles with stir fried veg, peppers, onions, garlic, coriander, soy sauce and chillies.
Sweet Chilli Salad:cucumber, tomatoes and chick peas with coriander, lime juice and sweet chilli sauce.
Oven cook tuna for around 20mins at 200C and pan fry the other ingredients until browned.
