Bacon and Egg with Salad and Toast

A simple and delicious staple that includes a healthier salad to help offset those calories.

Prepare for tastiness that can be unparalleled. For best results use exceptional ingredients. We recommend smoked thick cut bacon if you can get your hands on it and free range eggs.



Start by roughly chopping the lettuce then cut the cherry tomatoes in half on a chopping board.

Next fry the egg until it's firm. Eggs continue to cook after off the heat so you can set it aside if you don't have a large pan.

Fry the bacon on both sides until both are bronzed but before they become too crispy.

Add to a plate and drizzle olive oil over and add your toast.
