This recipe is slowly taking over the world. Just make sure that you keep to a maximum of one batch per week or else you will need two gym memberships.
Ingredients
- 400g white chocolate
- 125g biscoff spread
- 50g butter
- 150g marshmallows (mini or halved large ones)
- 250g lotus biscuits
- Spare biscoff spread for drizzle
Method
Line a square brownie tin with grease proof paper.
Melt the chocolate and butter together slowly (or melt separately and mix) together until smooth.
In a separate bowl melt the Biscoff spread until runny, mix this into the melted the white chocolate mix.
Once it's melted and combined, add in the chipped biscuits, then the marshmallows and fold together.
Pour into the tin and spread until it's even. Refrigerate to set. Melt the spare Biscoff spread and drizzle over the top of the rocky road and refrigerate to set.
Cut into chunks as big as you like! Then Enjoy.
