If you want to create a crepe like a pro then you can use a crepe maker (usually a square thing that gets hot). However, you can use a pan and it will work out nicely for you.

Ingredients

Method

The mixture

Mix the flour, sugar and salt together in a bowl. Then, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk. The next stage is to add the mixtures together and stir in melted butter.

Heating Time

Heat a flat frying pan or if you are lucky enough a crepe maker with oil on medium heat. Pour about three tablespoons worth of mix per crepe and make sure the surface of the mix is flat (if it's think you may have used the wrong type of flour). What you want is a nice thin mixture.

When it becomes crispy that means its tasting time, enjoy!
