Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- Gluten free oats
- 4 egg whites / 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Fat free greek yoghurt
- 1/2 scoops vanilla protein (any flavour can be used )
Method
Simply blend all the ingredients together then fry them in a large pan with coconut oil until firm.
