Ingredients
- 240g of butter
- 280g of plain flour
- 100g of caster sugar
- 80g of milk chocolate chips
Method
Heat your oven to 180C.
In a bowl, cream the butter until it's nice and soft and then mix in the milk chocolate chips. Then sift in the flour and sugar and form a dough with your hands in a circular motion.
Next separate the mix into small balls and place on a baking tray, flattening out as desired. Cook in the oven for around 10 mins.
Take out of the oven and enjoy. That was easy!
